Saturday is a brilliant day which brings together some of Fife finest producers and talented chefs all under one roof at our indoor market and cookery theatre. The day kicks off with the judging and results of the East Neuk school pupils Baking & Craft competition organised by Royal Highland Education Trust, and then continues with our food court complimented by a specially prepared and sourced Flavour Of Fife tasting table (jam, cheese, chutney, beef, salmon, chocolate, drizzles, pies, balsamic vinegars, oatcakes, fruit, vegetables, speciality oils, sweet fudge, not so sweet chillies, artisan breads).  It’s a great list of Fife goodies and the chance to win a meal for two from one of our featured demonstration chefs. Talking of chefs, we have a great team lined up to present our cookery demonstrations and these will take place throughout the afternoon. Venison, fish dishes and wine matching, just lots of cooking and fun for everyone.
